Fare Shop is a Community Grocery

located in Crossacres Resource Centre on Peel Hall Road in Wythenshawe.

We are an independent group of 15 volunteers, working for people who struggle to feed their families in this cost-of-living crisis. We are passionate that no one should go hungry.

We source surplus food from supermarkets and wholesalers and make it available to our customers at affordable prices. Stock varies from day to day.

Fare Shop is a registered charity (no. 1167051) and not for profit.

You may shop with us if you receive any state benefit or the state pension. The annual membership fee is £2 and all items are individually priced and low cost.
